    Tentkotta has monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual subscription plans.

  • How do I subscribe to Tentkotta?

    Register yourself or login to Tentkotta using your Facebook credentials to subscribe to our plans.

  • What are the countries where Tentkotta is accessible?

    Our services are available across all the countries except India

  • What are the minimum requirements to watch a movie on Tentkotta?

    The minimum requirement is a Tentkotta supported device with an internet connection and a supported web browser.

  • What are Tentkotta supported devices?

    Tentkotta is available in Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV, Xbox One, Chromecast, Web browsers, Android and iOS apps.

  • What is the difference between Rent and Subscription?

    You have an option to Rent any movie for the published price or Subscribe one time for a flat rate per month which will provide you unlimited access to ALL the movies in the catalogue. Renting a movie gives you access to that movie for a period of 30 hours on Website and 24 hours across devices whereas Subscription gives you premier access and movies are available anytime and never expires.

  • How long is my subscription valid?

    Your subscription is valid as long you don't cancel it. Your subscription may only get interrupted in case your payment is disrupted due to credit card expiry or payment gateway process failure.

  • Can I upgrade my subscription at any point of time?

    Yes, you can upgrade your subscription. Please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta Website
         Place the cursor on "…" tab, select "Upgrade" from the drop-down menu
         Choose the subscription plan, enter the credit card details to complete the transaction

  • Can I downgrade my subscription?

    Yes, you can downgrade but only after your current subscription period ends. You can't downgrade to monthly/quarterly/half-yearly subscription if the current annual contract term is not complete.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, you will continue to have access to the movie content till your next billing cycle.

  • How do I send you a cancellation request?

    Please send an email to cancellations@tentkotta.com , our Cancellation team will get in touch with you for the cancellation process. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

  • I had a Tentkotta account earlier and wish to re-subscribe.

    If you want to re-subscribe, please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta Website
         Place the cursor on "…" tab, select "Subscribe" from the drop-down menu
         Choose the subscription plan, enter the credit card details to complete the transaction

  • How do I change my password on Tentkotta?

    To change the password, please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Go to "My Account" page by click on your Account Name on the top right corner of the website
         Select Change password, enter the new password and click on "Save"

  • Do I have an option to add movies to "My Watch List"?

    To add movies to "My Watch List", please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Place the cursor on the movie you would like to archive
         Click on "+" on the top right corner of the movie thumbnail to add the movie to your Watch List.

  • How do I view "My Watch List"?

    To view "My Watch List", please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Go to "My Account" page by click on your Account Name on the top right corner of the website
         Click on "My Watch List" tab to see the list of movies you have added.

  • How am I being billed for my subscription?

    Subscription charges are billed at the beginning of each billing period. If you would like to know your billing cycle or view payment history, please visit the My Account section on Tentkotta website.

  • What Credit Cards are supported by Tentkotta?

    All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are supported at TentKotta. All transactions are secured via PayPal gateway.

  • How do I review my payment history on Tentkotta?

    To view the payment history, please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Go to "My Account" page by click on your Account Name on the top right corner of the website
         Click on "Purchases" Tab to view the payment history

  • I have received an email that "My payment has been skipped", what do I do now?

    No need to worry. This happens when the credit card details on our system is incorrect. Please update your credit card details by following the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Go to "My Account" page by click on your Account Name on the top right corner of the website
         Click on "Update Credit Card" Tab, enter the credit card details and click on "Save Changes"
         Note - If you have made the payment through PayPal account, please login to your PayPal account and update your credit card details.

  • I have just made a payment, and I do not have access to the movie content.

    Please log out and login back to your account, you will be getting instant access to our collection.

  • I'm seeing charges from Tentkotta that I did not authorize. What are these?

    We work like other streaming providers, all our subscriptions come with auto-renewals. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS.

  • How do I delete the Tentkotta channel on my Roku device?

    Select the Tentkotta Channel and press "*" button on the Roku remote and select "Remove Channel" and press "OK"

  • What are the Web browsers you support?

    We support all the Web browsers but we recommend our customers to use Chrome browser for the best viewing experience.

  • I see the app available on my device, but I am unable to access the movies

    Please get in touch with our 24/7 Customer Support team at +1-425-947-3022 or send an email to support@tentkotta.com, our support team member will get in touch with you at the earliest to fix the issue.

  • I don't see Tentkotta app on my Samsung Smart TV

    Currently, Tentkotta app is available on Samsung Smart TVs released from the year 2014 onwards

  • What device supports 4K movies?

    Currently 4K movies are available in Roku 4 and higher models and Amazon Fire TV. 4K movie option will be available in Samsung and LG Smart TV in our next app update.

  • I am getting "Error loading player: No playable sources found" when I press play(in Chrome).

    Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Privacy & Security -> Content settings -> Flash -> Enable "Allow sites to run Flash".
    Refresh the Tentkotta page in browser and then try playing the movie.

  • How do I access my Account?

    You need to Log In on Tentkotta and then click on your Account name on the top right corner of the website to access your account details.
    You can view your registered email address, billing dates, registered devices in the My Account section. You can also view past transactions.

  • How can I change my password?

    To change the password, please follow the below steps -
         Login to Tentkotta website
         Go to "My Account" page by click on your Account Name on the top right corner of the website
         Select Change password, enter the new password and click on "Save"

  • How can I keep my Tentkotta account secure?

    Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Be aware of possible phishing attempts.

  • I already had an account on Tentkotta. Why am I unable to log in with the same?

    Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team, they will help you in unblocking your account and help you with instant access.

  • I had cancelled my subscription. How do I restart it?

    If you have recently cancelled your subscription, you will need to wait till your current billing period ends, to restart your subscription. Your billing date will get updated depending on when you restart your subscription.
    You will need to provide payment information again. You may choose to provide the same payment method or add a new one.
